How much will shipping cost?

Free standard shipping is now being offered on all products purchased online or by telephone.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping for orders placed on www.bose.co.nz is by Courier Post for the North Island or Toll Translink for the South Island. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. If you are not available to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions to for you to arrange delivery of your order. For the purposes of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you agree that delivery took place when the card was left by Courier Post or Toll Translink (as applicable).

We strive to keep all products sold on www.bose.co.nz in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Out of Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your Shopping Cart during the checkout process.

Can my order be shipped to a post office (p.o.) box number?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Can i have my order shipped outside of New Zealand?

Orders placed on bose.co.nz can only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand. if you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the bose worldwide website.

Will I get an order confirmation by email?

We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.

Do i need to sign for my package?

In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order, Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. if you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

Shipping for Returns

Bose will refund in full all freight costs associated with valid returns made under the Bose Excitement Guarantee. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs of returning Bose products to us. See Your Return Rights for more information about your return and exchange options.
