Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices
Your product remembers the last several Bluetooth devices it was connected to so that it can quickly and automatically reconnect to them. Removing this device memory forgets all remembered devices and allows you to start a new list of devices by connecting the ones you want remembered.

Clearing the Earbuds Device List
- With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbuds status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.
NOTE: Make sure both earbuds are in the case and the case is open.
- Delete the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on your device. All devices are cleared, and the earbuds are ready to connect. See Connecting a Bluetooth device.
Use the Bose app to clear device from your product memory.
- In the Bose app, tap the Source button.
If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose iconin upper-left corner, select the desired product then tap the Source button.
Note: The product image and options shown above may differ depending on the product you have. - In the upper-right corner, tap Edit.
- Tap the X to the left of the device you want your product to forget.
- When prompted by the app, confirm you want to forget the device.
- To forget other devices, repeat the steps above.
- When finished, tap Done.
