Answering or ending a phone call

Your Bose product can answer, end and control phone call-related functions. This lets you conveniently take phone calls without accessing the controls on your mobile device.

Press the Call Button.

A single press of the Call button will answer an incoming call. Another press of the Call button will end an active phone call, as long as the headset is not in multipoint mode. The headset will provide an incoming, two note ringtone if a specific ringtone (i.e. audio clip) is not sent from the connected device over Bluetooth®

If there is a second incoming phone call, either through the same phone or a second phone paired through multipoint mode, a single press of the Call button will answer the second call and place the first call on hold. To return to the previous call, press the call button twice.

Select the Bluetooth® headset as the audio source while on the call.

Some devices will route the audio of a phone call to the phone instead of the headset if the call was answered using the phone. Calls answered using this method can have the audio transferred to the headset by either 1) enabling Bluetooth as the audio source during the call, or 2) pressing and holding the Call button on the headset (when connected to only one call). The need for this action can be avoided by answering the call using the Call button on the headset.
