Touch control not working
If the earbuds don’t respond to touch control, please try the following:
Touch control not working | Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen)
Make sure your finger is making good contact with the touch control surface
- For multi-tap functions, vary the tap pressure
- Make sure your fingers are dry
- If your hair is wet, make sure it isn’t interfering with the touch surface
- If wearing gloves, remove them before touching the touch control surface
Keep your product within 33 feet (10 meters) of your personal device.
Distance and obstacles like walls, doors, or other electronics can weaken the Bluetooth signal. If you're having trouble, try moving your personal device and product closer together or relocating other devices that may cause interference.
Reset your earbuds.
Just like restarting your phone can fix small issues, resetting your earbuds can help resolve minor problems.
- Place the earbuds in the case - the light inside the case should illuminate.
- Close the case and connect the charging case to power.
- Once the light on the front of the case illuminates, press and hold the button on the back of the case until the front light turns off.
- Remove the earbuds from the case.
