Bluetooth speaker battery will not charge
If your product is plugged in to charge but the battery level does not increase or your product does not indicate that the battery is charging:
Update your SoundLink Color II speaker with a computer.
Bose has identified a software bug present in an earlier software version of the SoundLink Color II. This bug prevents the speaker from powering on or charging when the battery reaches a deeply discharged state. Software version 4.0.1 has been deployed to correct the bug and allows the SoundLink Color II to charge and power on even if it is currently not doing so.
Please visit btu.Bose.com, download the Bose Updater program, and follow the instructions to update your speaker.
Important: Once the update is complete, the product should provide some LED feedback. Please allow your speaker to charge 100% prior to using.
