Try a different app.

If the issue only occurs with a particular app, it is likely related to the app or app settings.

Reset your earbuds

A reset may correct minor or intermittent issues with your earbuds:

  1. Put both earbuds in the case and close the lid.
  2. Plug a USB-C cable into the case and connect it to a charger or computer. Make sure the LED light turns on.
  3. With the lid closed, press and hold the button on the back of the case for about 30 seconds until the LED turns off.
  4. Open the case, take out the earbuds, and put them in your ears. If you hear a welcome tone, the reset is complete.
