Putting a system into Setup mode
Entering Setup mode lets you connect a device to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the Bose system. This is useful for system set up and diagnostics.
Enter Setup mode.
If a Bose app or instructions ask you to put your system in Setup mode:
- Press and hold the Volume Down and Play/Pause buttons for five seconds. The top and bottom of the light ring glows amber when the speaker is in the Wi-Fi setup mode
- For next steps, refer to the Bose app or instructions that asked you to enter Setup mode.
