Due to the lockdown in New Zealand there is a hold on returning product, exchanging product or sending them for repairs. Any purchases made after 26/12/2019 will still be able to return after the lockdown.

Replacing the battery

The battery should be replaced when:

  • The battery status indicator continues blinking yellow after ten hours of charging
  • The period of battery operation noticeably decreases

Only Bose can replace the battery in your speaker. If you need a new battery, click Contact us below for support in your country.
