What kind of battery should I use for my remote?

The correct battery to use is either CR2032 or DL2032.

My remote does not control my Bose® system. What can I do?

Make sure nothing is blocking the front of the system

Try replacing the battery. Make sure you use the correct battery: CR2032 or DL2032
