Due to the lockdown in New Zealand there is a hold on returning product, exchanging product or sending them for repairs. Any purchases made after 26/12/2019 will still be able to return after the lockdown.

Clearing the speaker's pairing list

  • On the speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth® button for ten seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth® device list cleared”
  • On your mobile device, delete the speaker from the Bluetooth® menu. All paired mobile devices are cleared and the speaker is ready to pair again
