Due to the lockdown in New Zealand there is a hold on returning product, exchanging product or sending them for repairs. Any purchases made after 26/12/2019 will still be able to return after the lockdown.

Caring for your Bose® product

Other than changing the battery when needed, your system requires minimum care. To clean the exterior surface of your product, you can wipe it using a soft, dry cloth.

  • Do not use solvents, chemicals or sprays
  • Do not allow liquids to spill or objects to drop into any openings
