Due to the lockdown in New Zealand there is a hold on returning product, exchanging product or sending them for repairs. Any purchases made after 26/12/2019 will still be able to return after the lockdown.

Caring for your Bose® product

There are a few simple things you can do to maintain and care for your headphones.

  • Wipe the outside surfaces with a damp cloth
  • Keep the earcup ports clear
  • Do not allow moisture to get inside the earcups. Damage caused by excess moisture will invalidate your warranty
